We were ecstatic to hear from Carissa Gillam again asking us to cover the Speaker’s Ball for the 91st Arkansas General Assembly! This ball is hosted by the Speaker of the House, Jeremy Gillam, and his wife Carissa.
Carissa had such a talented team of vendors working to pull off such great details this year. Because Speaker and Mrs. Gillam are avid movie watchers, and the release of the new Beauty and the Beast movie was set for the following day after the ball, they chose to bring in touches from the movie as their theme. Guests arrived to tables set with dainty tea cups and candelabras reminiscent of Lumiere, to touches of gold and roses covering the halls and ballroom. After a mouthwatering dinner, speaking, and toasts, the evening was topped off with dancing and great music from Rodney Block and the Real Music Lovers.
Mr. and Mrs. Speaker of the House, we are honored again that you chose us to cover your wonderful evening and again getting to meet so many of our wonderful state leaders!
