You want to know what’s fun?  A two and five year old on a sailboat!  Ha!  When Melani told me she would like to do a sail boat/lake session, I don’t think either of us knew what we were in for!  Three things I learned on this session:  1.) Sailboats do not have flat surfaces.  2.) Wrangling two busy little boys on slanted surfaces with no railing and a lake to fall into, is not for the faint  of heart.  3.) I adore this family and their photo shoot ideas that allow me to have this much fun at work!  All kidding aside, I truly loved this session.  The marina backdrop, the ropes, pulleys and masts, the beautiful quality of the light at sunset and this beautiful family in the middle of it all made for a unique and special experience.  Thank you Blansett family for being so fun, fabulous and creative with your sessions!  It is always such a blessing to take part in documenting your lives.  : )
