Not only does Terri Milligan of REmax Realtors of Searcy have a great outgoing personality and all of the qualities of a great realtor, she is also one fantastic artist.  So, since interest rates are low, making this the perfect time to purchase a home, give Terri a call and then head over to Second Saturday Studio (which happens to be the art studio downstairs from the Zoë studio) and check out some of her work, just pay no attention to the big, fabulous, green abstract in the window, and NOT because I’m pretty sure would look amazing over the fireplace in my game room.  ;)
