Hosea | Arkansas Newborn Photographers

I can’t begin to explain how much this couple and this sweet, sweet baby boy mean to me.  I met Leah when she was just 13 years old and she asked me to be her prayer partner/mentor.  Little did I know, she would become one of my dearest friends.  Over the next  eight years, I had the pleasure of watching that beautiful young lady grow into the woman she is today.  I was there to present her with her purity ring at her True Love Waits graduation, I was there giggling with her in my kitchen as I schemed plans to introduce her to our great friend Josh (who was, in my mind, the only man worthy of her), I was there so many times when Leah poured her heart out about how much she loved Josh and how she couldn’t stand to wait any longer to marry him!  And when Josh finally got the go ahead from Leah’s dad, I was there with them to shoot  their engagement session.  I was there on their wedding day to document their FIRST kiss, and the celebration of a perfect and beautiful union between two of my most treasured friends.  And yesterday, I was there to capture these images of their sweet boy, Hosea.

Cheryl did their maternity session a couple of months ago and Hosea was born on May 12th.  It is RARE to get these awesome curled up, sleeping baby shots at three weeks old, but we pulled it off!  Cheryl and I worked together on this shoot and I am so thrilled with the results!  We had no available natural light so we mimicked natural light using bounced flash and reflectors.  Josh & Leah, I hope you enjoy your sneak peek as much as I enjoy sharing it!

These are fabulous, I can’t wait to see this cutie in person, but these pictures make it almost like up close and personal. Great family and the pictures only accentuate the many positives this family possess.ReplyCancel
