Chase & Lauren In Home Lifestyle Session

There are some love stories that need to be made into a movie or written about in a book, and that is exactly what Chase and Lauren have! We had so much fun capturing this special relationship in their new home together. In home sessions are so special because the images mean more to the people in them than meets the eye. Not only does this get to capture the love between these two, but life coming full circle of them making Lauren’s grandmother’s old house into their first new home. Chase and Lauren, we cannot wait to see where this life takes you guys next and are thrilled that you have let us be a part of the ride! Check out a few of my favorite images from this session!CapleBlog_0118

Can’t Keep This Secret Anymore…

Boy do we have some exciting news to share today!  We are adding to the Zoë team! Meet Mallory.

headshots mallory_0683

I love how our studio’s name, Zoë, means life, and just as in personal life, our business goes through changes and milestones.  We met Mallory years ago when Kim photographed her wedding in 2014.  Married life took Mallory and her husband Jordan to Northwest Arkansas for several years, but they have been back in Searcy for about a year.  We’ve been watching Mallory’s photography business as she has grown and found her style and passion.  When Mallory would share images from births she photographed and lifestyle documentary sessions her images took our breath away.  We knew we wanted Mallory on our team to offer our clients and community this special unique style of photography and were thrilled when God’s timing lined up with our patient (well… I’m not sure we were that patient…) waiting, and now we can finally share this big news with you!  Mallory, we are awed by your gift and are so excited to be working alongside you, but even more than that, we are so grateful we get to know you and call you friend.  Your sweet spirit and fun personality make you a perfect fit!

Mallory will be offering documentary style family sessions and capturing birth stories, here are some of the beautiful moments she has photographed.  Mallory will be offering an incredible 50% discount while she fills her calendar this month only- so be sure to contact us soon to schedule your complimentary consultation before the month is out!

Merry Christmas 2017

Merry Christmas Eve Eve!

This year we offered Christmas card mini sessions as a fun way to get some more winter looking photos than we have at our typical fall sessions, and we had several families take advantage of the fun! The day ended up being crazy windy, but we found a cute little nook of evergreen trees that blocked the wind very well and made for some great images for Christmas cards.  We are excited to now share some of those families with you!

This fall season has been so busy and we are so blessed to work with such wonderful people like you.  Because we have had such a full year, we are closing the studio from December 23 until January 7!  Thank you for giving us the chance to enjoy the holidays and spend time making memories with our kids while they are home from school.

We already have big things planned for 2018 and can’t wait to share all our exciting ideas with you soon!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! ~~ Kim and Erin
